1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not be a final sale or discounted product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Items purchased on final sale or with promotional discounts.
  • Orders with incorrect sizing due to customer error (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a Return/Exchange:
    • Email contact@BlackeWhite.store with your order number, reason for the request, and clear photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).
  2. Approval & Return Instructions:
    • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Processing the Return/Exchange:
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (for returns) or send out the new item (for exchanges) within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the item you want is unavailable, you may request a refund instead.

4. Refunds for Returns

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Intimate wear
  • Accessories
