1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items that do not qualify for a refund:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased on final sale or with a discount.
- Orders with incorrect sizing due to customer error (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
2. Refund Process
- Contact our support team at contact@BlackeWhite.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank statement or payment provider for updates.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:
- Intimate wear
- Accessories
